In the main, yes.  However if your walker is holiday or away for any reason, another colleague will cover.  We are a small, close team and so have the wiggle room to accommodate those changes and we keep closely up to date with each others dogs and share information.  If you need to update any information we have access to, then you can log in to your petsitter account and update your details for you, or your pet.
